Your new role
As the Workplace Health & Safety Advisor, you will partner with stakeholders to promote best practice safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing practical WHS advice and guidance to business units and leaders
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of workplace health and safety initiatives
• Monitoring and analysing safety performance data, trends, and reporting outcomes
• Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Applying risk management principles to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
• Maintaining WHS management systems and supporting continuous improvement activities
• Assisting with the development and review of policies, procedures, and safety documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Workplace Health & Safety, Safety Advisor, or similar role
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, principles, and best practice frameworks
• Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret safety data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
