Stunning early learning centre in the Northern beaches area, seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Room Leader.

About You:

• Diploma qualified (or actively working towards)
• Proven experience leading or working confidently in a early years setting. 
• A vibrant, warm and positive personality
• Reliable, organised and confident in routines, documentation and room leadership
• A genuine team player who will complement our already strong team culture
• Passionate about providing high-quality care during the most important early years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. 
• Full Working Rights 
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
• Experience as a room leader or assistant room leader - must be adaptable to jump into the role smoothly
