Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a thriving Lutheran primary school in the South Burnett region to appoint a passionate Music and/or Drama and/or Dance and/or Technologies Teacher for a full‑time permanent role commencing in Term 1,2027.

This Prep–Year 9 (growing to Year 10) co‑educational school is known for its warm Christian community, strong pastoral care, and commitment to nurturing the whole child. With a focus on Lutheran values, creativity, and hands‑on learning, the school provides a supportive and enriching environment for both students and staff.

The Opportunity

• Teach Music, Drama, Dance, and/or Technologies depending on your strengths
• Deliver engaging, student‑centred and practical lessons
• Inspire creativity, confidence, and artistic expression
• Contribute to school productions, performances, chapel services, and community events
• Support the development of digital technologies and design thinking (if applicable)
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on planning, assessment, and curriculum development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and values‑driven learning environment

About You
You are a dynamic and enthusiastic Arts and/or Technologies educator who:

• Holds relevant teaching qualifications
• Is QCT registered (or eligible)
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and student engagement
• Brings creativity, structure, and a passion for the Arts and/or Technologies
• Thrives in a faith‑based, community‑focused school environment
• (Optional) Has experience leading choirs, ensembles, dance groups, or school productions
• (Optional) Has experience with Digital Technologies, Design, or STEM
