Prospero Teaching Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join an independent, reputable, diverse, community-centred, co-educational faith school on a full-time fixed-term contract, with potential to extend into permanent, commencing Term 1, 2022.

We are seeking a teacher to deliver Science for Years 7–12. The school prides itself on providing a positive teaching and learning environment, where students are supported by professional, skilled, motivated, and diverse educators.

The Science teacher will:

• Be a NESA-qualified teacher

• Teach Science across Years 7–10

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons aligned with the curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate with colleagues to support student success

The ideal Science teacher will:

• Holds relevant teaching qualifications

• NESA-accredited or eligible for accreditation

• Experienced in teaching Science at the secondary level

• Passionate about student learning and development

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
