I am partnering with a major national retailer investing heavily in the growth of its Planning function across several high-profile categories.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior calibre role within a fast-moving retail environment, offering strong category ownership, high visibility with senior stakeholders and genuine long-term progression.

You will play a key role influencing strategy across some of the most exciting and high-traffic categories in Australian retail.

Category 

• Womenswear Apparel 

Operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment, you will partner closely with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and senior leadership to drive profitable outcomes through strategic planning, forecasting and range optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accurate forecasts aligned to commercial objectives
• Influence category strategy through strong analysis and performance insights
• Lead seasonal planning and support cross-functional collaboration
• Drive improvements across planning processes, accuracy and reporting
• Deliver clear commercial reporting to support decision making

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within retail or consumer goods
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated impact on sales, margin and stock performance
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining structure and accuracy
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Passion for owning and growing a category
