Fitter/Machinist

About the Opportunity

Due to consistent growth, we're seeking a Fitter Machinist to join our team in Clontarf

What you'll be doing:

• Repairing and overhauling hydraulic cylinders across a range of applications
• Stripping, measuring, inspecting and reporting on components
• Cleaning and preparing components for rebuild
• Assembling and testing completed cylinders
• Taking part in toolbox talks
• Keeping your workspace safe and tidy

About You

• A relevant trade qualification (essential) 
• Hands-on experience stripping and rebuilding cylinders
• A solid grasp of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances
• Understanding of the re-manufacture process, including machining and welding
• Sharp attention to detail and strong communication
• Fault-finding and diagnostic experience is a bonus

This role pays between $47.00–$50.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
