Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes from Nepalese, Indian, Italian, and fusion cuisines.
2. Develop and design unique menus that showcase a blend of these culinary styles.
3. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
4. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
5. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
6. Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong background in Nepalese, Indian, Italian, and fusion cuisines.
2. Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
3. Creativity and passion for experimenting with different flavors and ingredients.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
