Deputy Continuous Airworthiness Manager (DY-CAM)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager (DY-CAM) to support the CAM in managing continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning and regulatory compliance across the aircraft fleet.

Based in Brisbane, QLD, this is a full-time opportunity supporting CAMO operations and providing leadership in the CAM’s absence.

  
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support continuing airworthiness management and maintenance planning
• Develop and review Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
• Ensure compliance with CASA requirements and approved procedures
• Monitor Airworthiness Directives, defects, modifications and repairs
• Coordinate with Part 145 maintenance organisations
• Support CAME amendments and continuing airworthiness processes
• Provide technical guidance to CAMO staff
• Support safety, quality and audit requirements

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in continuing airworthiness management
• Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and airworthiness requirements
• CAMO experience and knowledge of CAME requirements
• Relevant aircraft maintenance, aviation management or engineering qualifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills

You Will Also Have

• Experience with aircraft maintenance planning and Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
• Knowledge of Airworthiness Directives, defects, modifications and repairs
• Experience working with Part 145 maintenance organisations
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Ability to provide leadership in the CAM’s absence
