Operations Manager - ICT Field Services

Company:

My client is a well-established national provider of technology field services, supporting organisations across Australia with on-the-ground technical operations. With continued investment in their Queensland business, they're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the branch.

The Role:

• Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage a team of Coordinators, Team Leaders and Field Technicians, plus a network of Service Partners
• Own SLA performance and client satisfaction across the branch's service contracts
• Manage branch financials – utilisation, margin, WIP – and report into the National Operations Manager
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the account
• Maintain WHS and compliance standards across the branch

The Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar service delivery business
• Strong technical background in ICT service environments
• Proven ability to manage and report on P&L, utilisation and operational performance
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary field team (technicians, coordinators, team leaders)
• A leader people actually want to work for
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driver's Licence (Mandatory)
