What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing clinical care within aged care (CCC, NUM, CCM, or AHS)
• Confidence to step into a broader leadership role
• A hands-on approach to mentoring and developing teams
• Proven ability to drive quality and compliance outcomes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
• High-level organizational capability and adaptability
• Current AHPRA Registration
