Your new company
Join a well-established organisation responsible for delivering building maintenance, construction and upgrade projects across South East Queensland. They are looking for a supervisor to supervise office staff, field staff and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Your new role

• Coordinating condition assessments, building inspections and surveys
• Preparing accurate and timely estimates, quotations, material lists, trade packages and construction programs
• Supervising the delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade works
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, employment equity and anti-discrimination requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in building construction, maintenance, upgrade works
• Experience in preparing quotes and estimates
• Strong trade coordination skills
• Trade background highly regarded
