An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team. Supporting end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while helping attract and retain top talent.
This role would suit a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering quality hiring outcomes.
Your new role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate and operational positions
• Partnering with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and workforce planning support
• Developing attractive and engaging job advertisements
• Coordinating screening, interviewing, assessments and selection processes
• Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Building talent pipelines and implementing proactive sourcing strategies
• Maintaining recruitment systems, reporting and data integrity
• Supporting onboarding activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment advisory role
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and employment legislation
