Your new role
Working within a regional procurement team, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities and provide trusted advice across the business.You will support sound commercial decisions, improve procurement processes and maintain strong governance standards. Your work will help teams achieve timely, compliant and practical procurement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end procurement activities, from planning through contract management.
  • Prepare procurement plans, evaluation documents and contract documentation.
  • Support supplier evaluations, negotiations and supply arrangements.
  • Provide accurate procurement advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance, resources and reporting to support business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Identify process improvements that simplify procurement services.
  • Coach support staff and help develop team capability.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, legislation, WHS and governance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end procurement activities.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement governance and contract management.
  • Experience preparing evaluations, procurement plans and contracts.
  • Confidence advising stakeholders on procurement matters.
  • Strong negotiation, analysis and reporting skills.
  • A practical approach to process improvement.
  • Experience coaching or supporting team members.
  • A current Class C drivers licence.
  • Willingness to complete required employment screening.
