Your new company
We're currently seeking experienced Site Administrators for multiple temporary and contract opportunities across WA. With a variety of FIFO rosters available, these positions are starting ASAP and offer the opportunity to work with leading mining and resources companies. Applications will only be considered from candidates with previous Site Administration experience in a mining, resources, construction, or remote camp environment.
Your new role

• Managing site accommodation, travel and flight bookings
• Processing timesheets and payroll-related administration
• Coordinating onboarding, inductions and mobilisation activities
• Maintaining employee records and site documentation
• Raising purchase orders, invoicing and general data entry
• Managing site communications, reports and correspondence
• Assisting with roster changes and workforce coordination
• Supporting site leadership with day-to-day administration tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Using systems such as INX, SAP, Pronto, SuccessFactors and other site-based platforms

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Site Administration experience (essential)
• Experience using INX, SuccessFactors, Pronto, SAP or similar systems
• Strong mobilisation and onboarding knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Full working rights in Australia
