Hays Recruitment are seeking skilled and tickets labourers for high-end construction projects!

Your New CompanyHays Trades & Labour are working with several leading construction companies delivering high-profile high-rise residential and commercial projects across the Gold Coast.
Due to ongoing project demand, we are seeking experienced and reliable Ticketed & Skilled Labourers for immediate starts.
Your New RoleWorking on large-scale high-rise construction sites, you will support site teams with a variety of labouring duties while operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• General construction labouring duties
• Assisting trades on-site
• Manual handling and material movement
• Site clean-up and maintenance
• Working at heights and around active construction zones
• Assisting with concrete, carpentry, formwork and structural works
• Operating plant and equipment where appropriately licensed
• Following site safety procedures and directions from supervisors

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience on commercial or high-rise construction projects
• Construction White Card
• Reliable transport and ability to get to site
• Strong understanding of site safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have full availability and be reliable

Highly regarded tickets include:

• EWP (above 11 meters)
• Hoist Personnel
• Forklift Licence
• Telehandler Ticket
• Traffic Control Tickets
