About the role
Our Contract Administrators play a key role in supporting major rail projects across WA, including with some of the Pilbara’s leading mine sites.
Working closely with the Project, Contracts and Finance teams, you’ll help keep key project and commercial processes running smoothly while building your skills in a supportive team.

Skills & experience
- Experience in a Contracts Administrator or Commercial Administrator role.
- Strong understanding of construction or project-based contracts.
- Experience managing procurement, claims, and variations.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
- National Police Clearance
- Preferred but not essential: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or demonstrated experience in labour hire.
Duties & responsibilities
- Assist with contract administration, including contract documentation, key dates, variations, renewals, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and stakeholder queries.
- Prepare and manage quotations, tenders and procurement activities, ensuring requirements are met and procurement processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support project budgets and cost management, including purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor claims, progress claims, variations, cost forecasting and cost control.
- Manage revenue administration, including progress claims, invoicing, reconciliations and month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate contract, financial and project records, registers, documentation and reporting, ensuring information is up to date and readily accessible.
- Support compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring contractual obligations, documentation, key dates and deadlines are maintained in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Use and continuously improve contract and financial systems, processes and reporting workflows, while providing administrative support to Project, Finance and Contracts teams and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
