Tecside have a range of Process Worker opportunities available across Heathwood, Acacia Ridge, Rocklea and Staplyton.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join manufacturing and production teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across assembly, machine operations, production lines, pick packing, end-of-line processes, labouring and general manufacturing duties.

What You Could Be Doing:

  • Working within manufacturing environments, including ducting assembly, end of line operations and preparation.
  • Using hand and power tools safely when required.
  • Supporting production teams with daily operations to ensure workflow and output targets are achieved.
  • Assisting with assembly line processes and general manufacturing operations.
  • Operating a forklift where required (current LF ticket required for forklift duties).
  • Operating machinery and equipment where required (training provided where applicable).
  • Completing quality checks, product preparation and end-of-line duties.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all workplace procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience using hand tools. 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, labouring, warehousing or similar environments is highly regarded.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kgs.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug screening If required
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Availability to work shifts of up to 10 hours, where required.
