Our client is a public practice accounting firm based on the city fringe - inner west. They are a firm that has a strong focus on providing quality accounting, taxation, business and financial services advice to their clients. With a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the market, they are seeking a like minded professional to join their administration team. 

About the Role
This position is a Clients Services Administrator role which is focussed on providing hands on support to a team of Accountants.  bThis role would suit someone who is currently undertaking a similar role or a Senior Administrator looking to take the next step in their career! Your duties will include: 

• Collation of documents and preparing same to send out to clients
• Providing administrative support to a team of Accountants
• Dealing directly with clients and assisting with queries
• Liaise with the ATO and undertake associated tasks
• Liaise with ASIC and undertake associated tasks
• Managing database
• Monitoring workflow
• Provision of adhoc administrative support 

About You
You will be an experienced administrator who has worked in the public practice accounting sector for at least 2 years. You will also have: 

• A proactive approach to your work
• Experience using Xero (preferred but not essential)
• Experience undertaking a busy and varied role
• Excellent communication skills
