Finance Officer - Accounts Payable

Part-Time | 24 Hours Per Week (3 Days) | Adelaide CBD

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Supplier and creditor management
• Payment runs and reconciliations
• Credit card, supplier statement and general ledger reconciliations
• Fixed Asset Register maintenance
• Support month-end reporting activities
• Assist with payroll and accounts receivable as required

About You

• Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Officer experience
• Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
• Experience using ERP or financial management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently within a small team environment

Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain
• Valid National Police Clearance (NPC) or ability to obtain
