Civil Project Manager

Our client, an established South Australian civil contractor is looking for a Civil Project Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can run projects independently, manage the commercial side and keep delivery moving across multiple work fronts. The business has a strong pipeline of metro civil projects and offers a stable environment with plenty of autonomy.

The Role:

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, programmes and project costs
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Handle contracts, variations and commercial matters
• Work closely with clients and consultants
• Monitor progress, quality and safety
• Resolve issues and keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid civil construction background
• Proven Project Management experience
• Strong commercial understanding
• Confident managing subcontractors and project teams
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Practical approach with the ability to make decisions and get things moving

• $160k – $170k++ DOE
