Adelaide Fringe is seeking a CRM & eDM Coordinator to support day-to-day email marketing and CRM activity delivered through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working under the Marketing and Commercial Manager, the role coordinates the eDM content calendar, builds audience segmentation and automated journeys, and monitors performance across patrons, artists, venues and partners. Database health, consent compliance and sender reputation are all part of the mix.
