Butchers / Meat Process Workers

Fair Dinkum Fresh is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Butchers / Meat Process Workers to join our production team

If you have experience in meat processing or food manufacturing and are looking for a stable, full-time role in a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assisting in meat processing and packing, trimming, cutting and portioning meat
• Weigh and vacuum-seal raw meat products
• Lift/carry/push trolleys, cages and tubs of meat, and transfer into trolleys for display
• Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets

Skills and criteria:

• Previous experience in meat processing
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Able to stand for extended periods
• A hardworking attitude and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
• Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices

Sallary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
