Qualifications & experience

1. Pharmacy Technician qualification and five years of relevant experience

Tasks & responsibilities

Referring prescriptions to Pharmacists and assisting in preparing medications

1. Referring prescriptions to the Pharmacists
2. Assisting the Pharmacists in preparing medications
3. Assisting the Pharmacists with the preparation of dose administration aids
4. Assisting the Pharmacists in dispensing medications
5. Assisting customers with their prescription
6. Counselling customers about medications
7. Dispensary stock management and replenishment
