Mid-Level Interior Designer

We’re partnering with a global design-led practice located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD to help grow their studio with an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Interior Designer! This studio has a highly collaborative team delivering premium, design-driven projects for major clients in the commercial fit out space.

The Role 
This is an opportunity for a Mid–Level Interior Designer to take part in projects from concept through to documentation, getting exposure to client meetings, site visits and the internal delivery team. You’ll play a key role in helping shape workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions
• Take part in prepare initial space planning and floorplans
• Assist in developing concepts, finishes, materials, and mood boards
• Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction
• Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams
• Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors with team
• Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of professional studio experience (workplace / fitout preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (essential) 
• Strong space planning and technical documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for design excellence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
