South West Personnel (SWP) are seeking EOI for upcoming casual work opportunities from job seekers who have a background in hospitality, catering, food handling or support service.

These roles support food service operations, onsite café and kitchen environments, offering a variety of shifts and work settings.  SWP are building a talent pool for kitchen and food service positions.  Duties can include:

• Preparing, cooking and plating meals to required standards
• Assisting with food prep, including chopping, batching and portioning
• Preparing patient meals in line with dietary requirements
• Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Supporting stock control, rotation and kitchen organisation
• Assisting with café service, POS operation and basic food service
• Delivering efficient, friendly service in a fast‑paced environment

For experienced, good fit candidates, there may be opportunity for advancement within the team.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

• Experience in food handling, kitchen or hospitality service
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Knowledge of safe manual handling and workplace procedures
