- Owns end-to-end technical delivery, from technical solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment and transition into production.
- Translates business requirements into technical designs, solution requirements and delivery plans, while managing diverse stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders, business owners and technical teams.
- Develops practical data and AI solutions, including agentic AI applications and workflows, while ensuring adherence to relevant risk, security, governance and responsible AI requirements.
- Leads small, high-performing teams of data and AI engineers to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
