Prime Recruitment is partnering with a well-established aged care provider with multiple locations across Perth, currently seeking Maintenance Officers / Handymen for their Wembley location.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on person looking for consistent work, variety and a rewarding environment.
The Role
- General maintenance across the facility, including minor repairs, equipment maintenance, garden upkeep and changing light bulbs
- Repairing equipment such as hospital beds and attending to general facility repairs
- Keeping the site clean, safe and well maintained
- Completing maintenance logs and reports using Microsoft Word
- 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday – flexible hours
- Previous general maintenance or handyman experience
- Friendly, respectful and professional manner
- Comfortable interacting with elderly residents
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Basic Microsoft Word skills
- Current Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- $40/hr + penalties for overtime
- Monday–Friday | No weekend work
