In this role, you'll:

 

Join Customer Central and help create engaging workshop experiences that support innovation, collaboration and better customer outcomes. Working closely with Facilitators and Solution Designers, you'll coordinate workshop content, prepare materials and environments, capture insights, and produce clear, high-quality outputs that turn ideas into action.

 

You'll also help maintain Customer Central's collaborative spaces and knowledge assets, ensuring teams have the tools and resources they need to work effectively.

About you

 

You are organised, creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can quickly synthesise information into clear, professional outputs and have experience supporting workshops, stakeholder engagement or co-design activities.

 

You'll bring:

 

Strong visual communication and presentation skills

 

Experience with collaboration and document production tools

 

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

 

The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly

 

Experience with graphic design tools

 

Experience with the MG Taylor Methodology (desirable)

 

Most importantly, you'll combine creativity with practical delivery to help teams achieve meaningful outcomes.
