What you'll be doing
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Owning variance analysis and turning the numbers into clear, actionable insight for leadership
- Building business cases and financial models for major initiatives — think new leases, third-party deals, or new revenue streams
- Running scenario and sensitivity analysis to stress-test key business decisions
- Partnering with Senior Strategic Business Partners on financial risk analysis and mitigation
- Driving improvements to reporting, forecasting and the tools/systems behind them
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5
- CA/CPA qualified essential
- Strong experience in FP&A, within retail or a REIT, working across a large property portfolio
- End-to-end P&L ownership experience is essential
- Experience managing revenue streams from tenants/leases
- Solid understanding of leasing models and their financial impact
- Comfortable operating across a portfolio of $500m+
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — you can influence and build trust with senior leaders
- Proven people leadership experience
- $180 000 - $200,000 + super + bonus
- Leadership role within a stable, large-scale business
