About the role:

• Work closely with a highly regarded partner and advise on some of Australia’s largest Commonwealth agencies on major projects and complex commercial matters
• Your work will span Commonwealth procurement and contracting, technology and intellectual property arrangements, major commercial projects and broader corporate advisory matters
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, transactions and regulatory compliance, providing exposure to a sophisticated mix of public and private sector commercial work

 

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE with strong Corporate & Commercial experience
• Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm, government practice or comparable environment
• A genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and commercial transactions
• Strong commercial contracting, drafting and advisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated government and corporate stakeholders
