Personal Care Worker

Assist clients with personal care activities including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence support. Support mobility and transfers, including getting in and out of bed and moving safely around the home. Assist with medication management and reminders as directed. Prepare light meals and assist with eating where required. Provide domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining a safe home environment. Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities. Provide social support and companionship to promote wellbeing and community participation. Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns or changes in condition to supervisors. Maintain accurate documentation and follow workplace health and safety procedures. Deliver care that is respectful, culturally appropriate, and focused on client independence.
