First Nations Trainee Mentor (SEE Program)

Saltbush is seeking a compassionate, culturally aware and motivated Trainee Mentor to join our Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program in Tennant Creek. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll develop strengths-based mentoring and personalised support that helps participants achieve their goals and build brighter futures. The Role: As a Trainee Mentor, you'll work alongside experienced Mentors, Trainer and the broader SEE team while developing the skills and confidence to provide strengths-based mentoring and participant support. Through on-the-job learning, supervision and formal training, you'll build the knowledge and practical experience needed to support participants to overcome barriers, achieve their goals and create pathways to employment and further education. MUST HAVE National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old) Valid NT OCHRE Card Current Unrestricted/Open Driver Licence Current First Aid Certificate
