MK2 Petroleum Pty Ltd trading as Solo Riverton is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station and retail outlet.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the fuel station and convenience store.
• Plan and implement sales, merchandising and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, fuel industry regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Manage budgets, banking, cash handling and financial reporting.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer service standards.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Qualification & experience

• At least 2 years of relevant retail management experience.
• Experience managing a service station, convenience store, supermarket or similar retail environment will be highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in staff supervision, stock control and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business objectives.
