The Dean Group of Hotels is a family owned and operated group of hotels; Largs Pier Hotel in Largs Bay, Macs Hotel in Mount Gambier, The London Tavern in Adelaide, Walkers Arms in Walkerville, Kincraig Hotel in Naracoorte and The Peninsula Hotel in Taperoo. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Confidence in their cooking abilities Preparation and presentation of all food items on the menu, ensuring the highest possible quality. Ability to create dishes with consistency. Skills in preparing different varieties of cuisine. Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes. Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements. Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff. Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 1 year experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications Cert III or IV in commercial cookery Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
