We’re looking for talented and passionate Chefs de Partie to join the team at Crafty’s Harbour Town, a Site Hospitality venue known for premium casual dining, a vibrant atmosphere and great food.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a high-volume environment and wants to be part of a supportive kitchen team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of your allocated kitchen section.
• Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard.
• Supporting effective stock management, including ordering, receipting, storage and stock rotation.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation.
• Supporting the training and development of junior chefs within your section.
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Contributing to a positive, efficient and professional kitchen environment.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a high-volume kitchen and a genuine passion for delivering quality food.

You will have:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or completed an apprenticeship.
• 3–5 years' experience in a similar kitchen role.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility and availability across a variety of shifts.

 

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• A calm and professional approach during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• A team-focused attitude with a passion for great food and guest experiences.
