Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for an opportunity with a market-leading business? We are seeking a customer-focused and organised Parts Interpreter to join a busy and supportive team based in Kewdale, working Monday to Friday.

Your new role

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a critical role in supporting customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders by ensuring the accurate identification, sourcing, and supply of parts.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Interpreting parts requirements for customers and technicians
  • Processing parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Identifying and sourcing parts using electronic catalogues and systems
  • Preparing quotations and processing orders
  • Managing inventory and stock availability
  • Coordinating parts dispatch and deliveries
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring exceptional customer service

What you'll need to succeed

  • Permanent working rights (PR/Citizenship) is required
  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar spare parts position
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Experience using parts catalogues, inventory systems, or ERP software
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, trucking, or industrial machinery parts experience will be highly regarded
