We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at Station Fruit Market Pty Ltd located at 51a Hopkins St, Footscray VIC 3011. As a growing retail business, we provide outstanding customer service and maintaining efficient store operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Skills And Experience:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
