IONA Pty Ltd, trading as Advanced Fleet Signs, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness and drive sales. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of marketing activities, including digital advertising, SEO, website management, social media, content development, customer communications and campaign performance analysis. Working closely with management, sales and production teams, you will help identify new market opportunities, promote existing and new products, and ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
• Identify new market, promotional and business opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage website content and SEO activities.
• Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
• Manage social media and LinkedIn marketing activities.
• Create marketing, product and promotional content.
• Develop marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Support product launches, exhibitions and industry events.
• Coordinate email marketing and customer communications.
• Analyse marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
• Advise management on product positioning, target markets and promotional strategies.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Work collaboratively with management, sales and production teams to support business growth.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing and campaign development.
• Experience with digital advertising, including Google Ads.
• Experience in SEO and website content management.
• Experience developing marketing and promotional content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage marketing projects and campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and operational teams.
