The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analysing and improving production processes, increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Task & responsibilities

• Analyse production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency. 
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimise labour utilisation. 
• Monitor production performance and recommend corrective actions. 
• Design and improve manufacturing layouts and workflows. 
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and supply chain teams. 
• Prepare reports, process documentation and performance metrics. 
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. 

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
