Senior Foreman / Management / Service Advisors position available Lead / Senior Technician position available Denmor Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a lead / senior technician. You will be responsible for overseeing technical repairs, mentoring junior apprentices & workshop / management / client liaison. For the right candidate, there is ample pathway within the business to ultimately end up off the tools in a managers role. Skills & Requirements Be a qualified Motor Mechanic (Cert 3 Light Vehicle) Be an authorised AIS examiner (or be willing to obtain asap) Have your own tools / tool storage etc. Be enthusiastic about growing within the industry & within our business Be able to work effectively individually & with other members of the team Have a valid (unsuspended) Australian driver’s licence Have great communication skills If you have Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning experience that would be ideal, but If not, we can train and develop you new skills and opportunities whilst working with us.
