Clinic-based role

About Us
We are a multidisciplinary allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. We offer a flexible and well-supported work environment with a strong focus on peer learning, functional therapy, evidence-based practice, and a holistic approach to client care. Our client base includes individuals accessing NDIS funding (as a registered NDIS provider), Medicare funding, insurance, and private services.

This role would suit someone interested in working with paediatric clients, or a mixed caseload including teenagers, young adults, and some adult clients. Due to changes in service delivery following the COVID-19 pandemic, clinical care may be delivered across varied settings and platforms, including face-to-face and telehealth sessions.

The role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional community, school, or home visits as required. Services include both individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  • Providing education to clients and caregivers and developing individualised treatment and therapy plans
  • Maintaining detailed progress notes, writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters, and developing and reviewing goals based on assessment outcomes
