Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner - NDIS Clinic/Flex hours - Sydney, NSW

Working hours: 16 - 38 hours / Week (Flexible for part time)

About the role
Our client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:

• Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
• Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
• Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.
• Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
• Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers. 
• A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
