Are you an experienced RN with Anaesthetic experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care?

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for Anaesthetic RNs who want to join our collaborative Perioperative team on a full-time basis.

As an experienced Anaesthetics RN - Perioperative, your role will include:

• Deliver evidence-based care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journey

About the company
The hospital is a private not-for-profit 98 bed hospital. It offers a range of specialties including ENT Surgery, general medicine, neurosurgery, opthalmology, orthopaedic surgery, paediatric surgery and plastic & reconstructive surgery. The hospital is equipped with 8 operating theatres, a dedicated paediatric day stay unit and a level 2 critical care unit.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work well independently and within a team
• High level organisational skills to meet time constraints
• 12 months plus experience in anaesthetics
• Strong clinical skillset
• Demonstrate the ability to show initiative Excellent communication skills
