As a Psychologist with Connect3i, you will use your exceptional technical and communication skills to deliver ethical and balanced psychological services backed by expertise, guided by insight and achieving real impact for our clients. You will also play a role in service delivery as part of ConnectMind - our growing and evolving psychology capability committed to providing best-in-class people, vetting and professional services to optimise, assure and futureproof Australia's workforce.

What you need to be successful

  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (full preferred, provisional considered
  • Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology 
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, case  formulation and report writing 
  • Experience working to support vetting assessments, personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of ethical, professional and legislative obligations
  • Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance 
  • Australian Citizenship
