Remedial Massage Therapists

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and responsible **Female Massage Therapist** to join our team at **Lin-Health & Wellbeing in North Perth**. This is a **casual, appointment-based position** with flexible working days and hours. As most of our clients book by appointment, the more availability you can provide, the more opportunities you may have to take clients. ### Key Responsibilities • Provide professional massage treatments, including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage and other services offered by our studio. • Understand clients’ needs and adjust massage pressure and techniques appropriately. • Provide friendly, professional and respectful customer service. • Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic treatment area before and after each client. • Follow studio procedures, service standards and appointment times. • Be punctual, reliable and responsible for confirmed shifts and appointments. • Continue learning and practising additional massage techniques when required. ### Skills & Experience Previous massage experience is preferred but not essential. Massage qualifications or certificates are an advantage. Experience in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone or similar massage treatments will be highly regarded. Beginners may also be considered if you are motivated, responsible and genuinely willing to learn. Training and practice can be provided for the right candidate before taking clients independently. You should have good communication and customer service skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work independently once fully trained. ### Job Requirements • Female applicants only(Male are full) • Must currently be living in Australia • Must hold a valid visa with legal working rights in Australia • Reliable, punctual and responsible • Able to work in North Perth • Flexible availability is preferred • Comfortable working in an appointment-based environment • Willing to complete training and practice where required • Massage qualifications are preferred but not essential ### Payment This position is commission-based with a **50/50 commission split** for therapists who are fully trained and able to perform the required services independently.
