Duties:
Welcome visitors and introduce the local area.
Share approved stories about local culture, history and traditions.
Guide visitors through cultural sites and community locations.
Explain cultural protocols and appropriate visitor behaviour.
Ensure visitors respect restricted areas and cultural boundaries.
Answer questions in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner.
Monitor visitor safety throughout the tour.
Assist with setting up and packing away tour equipment.
Keep tour areas clean and presentable.
Report safety hazards, incidents or visitor concerns to the supervisor.
Follow community protocols and workplace health and safety requirements.
