Your new company
We are recruiting for a range of established and respected civil companies on the Sunshine Coast. They are seeking like-minded, dedicated, and energetic individuals to join their team. These companies are working on subdivisions, council projects, roads & pathways and drainage work.
Your new role
- Operating 20-30 tonne excavators
- Bulk Earthworks
- Pipe work & drainage
- Using final trim technique
- Using GPS within machines
- Operating with and without the use of a tilt bucket
- Working around another excavator and multiple ground crew members
- Digging trenches up to 3 metres deep.
What you'll need to succeed
- Construction Industry White Card
- 3-5 years civil / pipe crew excavator experience minimum
- Relevant and current machinery tickets
- Current Driver's Licence and own transportation
- Ability to be on site daily from 6.30am
- Extensive and demonstrated experience in a civil plant operator role - our client is seeking candidates who have experience with detailed earthworks excavation and final trim, ideally using machines from 5 to 30 tonne.
- Own transport to get to and from the depot or site each day
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
