The Restaurant Manager at Degani Shepparton is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team and ensuring consistently high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, coordinating workflows, maintaining food safety compliance, controlling inventory and monitoring financial performance. Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Benefits

Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 per Annum + Superannuation.

Task & responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. 
• Manage staff, rosters and day-to-day team performance. 
• Maintain food safety, health and workplace safety standards. 
• Manage purchasing, stock control and inventory. 
• Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience. 
• Monitor sales, financial performance and operational reporting. 
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Qualification & experience

• Have Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field along with one year of relevant experience. 
• Or a minimum of four years of relevant experience may serve as an alternative to formal qualifications
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
