We are seeking a confident, clinically experienced and patient-focused Senior Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare environment in Frankston.

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys managing a diverse musculoskeletal caseload, providing evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation, and building strong long-term relationships with patients.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while contributing your experience and clinical knowledge to a collaborative team.

  • Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
  • Communicating with GPs, specialists, surgeons, insurers and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting junior clinicians through informal mentoring, clinical discussion and knowledge sharing.

The practice's approach combines detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, education and active rehabilitation, with an emphasis on helping patients achieve sustainable long-term outcomes.
