About the Role

Pizza Hut Hornsby is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a full-time position suited to a strong team leader with experience in retail, hospitality or a fast-paced customer service environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff, stock, sales, customer service and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and control the day-to-day operations of the Pizza Hut store. 
• Manage stock levels, inventory, purchasing and product availability. 
• Monitor sales, operating costs and store performance to achieve business targets. 
• Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement. 
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff. 
• Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and monitor employee performance. 
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints. 
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, cash handling and other store operations. 
• Monitor store presentation, cleanliness and service standards. 
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company requirements. 
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales and profitability. 
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve store KPIs and business objectives. 

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 year’s proven experience in hospitality or a similar business environment
• Relevant qualification in Retail, Hospitality, Business or a related field. 
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing staff. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills. 
• Good organisational and time management skills. 
• Ability to manage stock, sales and day-to-day store operations. 
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
